Communication is the first and most important step in our process. This is where we learn what your business goals are and how they can be achieved through the web. In this stage you will be provided with a questionaire that will help us understand your organization's background and goals for this project.

Using the information gathered in the communication phase, planning begins on a concept deliverable. This deliverable will include: Site wireframes detailing the flow of user experience, Photoshop mockups of proposed site design, and a full feature list. This phase includes a revision process where the concept is refined and project requirements are defined through communication until approved for implementation.

Following approval of the project concept, work begins on translating the agreed upon design into a functioning application. Development also involves ensuring that the site will be displayed and function identically for users on targeted computer systems and web browsers.

In the testing phase, access to the administrative portions of the site are provided to the client with a walk through and hands on training. The client will also be able to view the site from the user perspective. Final revisions will be made to the site in anticipation of delivery. This stage begins a four week trial period where issues with agreed functionality will be taken care of without additional cost.

The approved final version of the site is now made live to users at your desired web address. Control of all files and source code will be handed over to the client at this point.

Ongoing enhancements and additional features can be delivered through an agreed upon fixed amount of time dedicated to your site including periodic design changes, ongoing SEO efforts, consulting, training, or content updates will be provided.
